Beautiful Things Happen In The Strangest Places

If you've ever stepped in a pile of fresh cow poop.  You know it ain't pretty. It's smelly and downright nasty.  If you're not familiar with cow poop, let me give you a lesson.  It comes from a cows behind.

Cows don't need to squat like humans, in fact, they can let it rip when they are walking, standing, or laying down.  Cows don't care because they don't have manners. Filthy animals.  

Cow poop, politely called cow patties have nothing to do with hamburgers.  I know hamburger comes from a cow, but not from this point of view.

I like hamburgers with cheese.

Once a cow leaves her pattie on the ground it starts to decompose, and when it does, you can find a host of different bugs and flys swarming over it. 

Sometimes you can find the most interesting things growing out of it, like this beautiful mushroom.

I'm no mycologist, and I don't know why mushrooms grow out of something so stinky and gross.  The only thing I can figure, they must like patties for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

There is no doubt, beautiful things can happen in the strangest places. It's a mystery.
