Refund Policy

You will absolutely love our products and services. However, each course and curriculum have there on specifications.  Before completing the check-out process, please read carefully the details of the purchase you are making.  Some curriculums sold in their entirely are non-refundable.  Each course has it's own set of content and downloadable files, creating digital files that are transferable to your device, thus making them nonrefundable products. 

First 30 Days

If purchase made can be refundable after the first 30 days, here's how it will work.  If  you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

After 30 Days

If purchase made can be refundable after 30 days, here's how it will work.  If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund of any part of the purchase price you have paid in the last 30 days. We will refund that portion of the purchase price.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 0 percent of the purchase price.

Subscriptions

If you are a re-occurring subscription based course or program, you have the option to cancel at anytime.  However, a refund will not be initiated. Subscription will be stopped, you will no longer receive updated content in your online portal, but you will continue to have access to the portions you previously paid for in previous months.

One-time payments of subscription based course or program, you will given a 30 day trial period which will allow a full refund.  However, after 30 days, no refund will be issued. You will no longer receive updated content in your online portal, but you will continue to have access to the portion (30 days) for which you previously paid.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

How do I get a refund?

Different refund policies are in place for different course, programs, and physical merchandise.  Please read the disclaimer notes on your checkout page for more detailed information about your purchase.  

If you are requesting a refund,  please contact support and we will assist you. Kindly provide the reason for your refund request along with your email.

We value your feedback so we can improve our products and services, but our main goal is to have happy and satisfied customers getting the most from their purchase. We don't believe in making it difficult to get a refund or cancel a subscription, but we do believe in assisting our customers to the best of our ability. Our goal is to serve you with quality and valuable products and services designed for the betterment of your life.

Third Party Purchases

Some products purchased on our site are handled through third party sites, for example Amazon or TeeSpring.  If your purchase has been made through one of these sites, please follow their refund policies.  We do not issue refunds for products not purchased through our website, www.lisadelmedicoharris.com
